Personal data processed
We process the identity and contact details you submit through the contact form and the "We'll call you" form: full name, phone number, e-mail address, company name and company size where provided, and any information you include in your message. The "We'll call you" form also records the page and language from which it was sent; to prevent abuse, an irreversible digest of your IP address is kept for a short time. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address, language and consent record are processed.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your request, respond to you (including calling you by phone when you ask us to), prepare a proposal, establish a business relationship, and prevent abuse of our forms. The e-mail address you give for the newsletter is used only to send the newsletter; otherwise your data is not used for marketing unless you separately consent.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Sending the newsletter relies on the explicit consent you give when subscribing; you can withdraw it at any time.
Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the contact form, the "We'll call you" form and the newsletter form on this site and through e-mails you send us.
Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, domestically or abroad, for marketing purposes. It may only reside in the systems of the infrastructure (including the server that hosts the site) and e-mail providers we work with to deliver the service, and may be shared with public authorities where legally required.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to analysis carried out solely by automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
