What data we collect

When you fill in the quote form on the contact page, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, and your message. This form does not store data on a server; submitting it opens your own e-mail application and the message is sent directly to us by e-mail.

When you submit the "We'll call you" form, we record your full name and phone number; your e-mail address, company name and company size if you provide them; and the page and language from which you sent the form. This information is stored in a database on the server that hosts our site and is used only by our authorised team to call you and evaluate your request. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is not stored as is; only an irreversible digest of it is kept for a short time.

When you subscribe with the newsletter form at the bottom of the site, your e-mail address, the language you used, the consent text shown at the time and the date are stored in the same database. The address is used only to send you the Marka Ortağı newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to merhaba@markaortagi.com or using the link in our e-mails.

We use this information solely to evaluate your request, get back to you and, if you subscribed, send you our newsletter.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. For the site to work, your chosen language and light/dark theme setting are stored. Two further entries remember that the "We'll call you" window has been shown to you (so it does not reopen for 24 hours) and, if you submitted the form, that you did (so you are not asked again for 180 days). This information is kept only in your browser, is not shared with third parties, and can be cleared from your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy page for details.

Sharing of data

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may only be technically present in the systems of the infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, and may be shared with authorities where legally required.

Retention

Contact and callback requests are kept in our records for a reasonable period after the related conversation concludes, then deleted. A newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe; your e-mail address is then removed from the list. Where legislation requires longer retention, that period applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to merhaba@markaortagi.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
