About the project

Suvari İnşaat's site has two visitors in mind: someone buying an apartment, and a landowner weighing a land-for-flats deal. The company develops housing in Uşak, and it also builds on landowners' plots in exchange for units, takes on turnkey projects, and handles plans and permits. The site we made for them presents the projects and keeps those two kinds of inquiry apart from the start.

Browsing the projects

The homepage features key projects in large images. On the full project list, a filter shows only ongoing or only planned work. Each project page gathers what a buyer would want to know: an overview, a feature list, a photo gallery, and a specs table covering things like floors and parking. An inquiry form for that project sits on the same page.

Two kinds of inquiry, two doors

On the contact form, visitors choose a topic: project status, an apartment for sale, or a land-for-flats partnership. That split tells a sales conversation and a landowner's proposal apart from the very first message. Every page has links to call, to message on WhatsApp, and to open the location in maps. Each inquiry is stored in the panel, and the company can choose to get a copy by email. Submission limits on the forms and a lockout on the admin login guard against abuse.

What the team manages

The team can add a new project on its own: set its status, enter highlights and specs, upload photos, and drag them into order. Service texts, incoming messages, site settings, and admin accounts are handled in the same panel. Every uploaded photo is automatically shrunk and saved as WebP. We kept the software side lean: plain PHP with no framework, and SQLite for data, so the site runs on standard shared hosting without setting up a separate database.
